Art and Darcy Staddon are City Church Global Partners who run Big Morning Farm in Oasa, Japan. The farm serves as a gathering place for all types of outsiders, and is the base of a homestay recovery program for hikikomori, acutely socially withdrawn young people, mostly men, who have suffered seemingly irreparable shame or defeat in life and have withdrawn completely from society.
