I am looking for a roommate to take the spare bedroom in my East Passyunk apartment. It is a spacious 3-bedroom with myself and 2 bathrooms and one guest bedroom. Super close walk to restaurants/shops and the Broad St line. Rent is $900+utilities each. I am hoping to find someone to move in around September/October.

About me- I am a designer in my late 20s. I enjoy movies, exploring the city, traveling, and trying new places to eat. I am typically very social but do enjoy my alone time as well. I don't go to Resurrection anymore but attend a church in Fairmount.
