August 2025 Openings
Lower School (K-6th) Teachers (Full-time) | Teach a K-6 grade classroom, instructing on a full range of subjects.
Upper School Humanities Teacher (Full or Part-time) | Teach up to 4-5 class sections in the 7th-12th Grade Humane Letters and/or Composition curriculum.
Upper School Math Teacher (Full or Part-time) | Teach up to 4-5 class sections in the 7th-12th Grade Math curriculum.
Upper School Science Teacher (Full or Part-time) | Teach up to 4-5 class sections in the 7th-12th Grade Science curriculum.
Teaching Apprentices (Full or Part-time) | Assist lead teachers, substitute long-term, and perform other duties based on experience and interest. This is an excellent position for recent college graduates who want to build their resumes and gain the experience needed to become a primary teacher in a classical Christian school.
Classroom Aides and Substitute Teachers (Part-time) | Assist lead teachers and fill in as lead teachers when necessary. Candidates must love children and feel comfortable managing a classroom. A teaching degree is not required.
Events Coordinator (Part-time) | Plan and execute parent, student, & community events and assist with administrative duties.
Bus Driver (Part-time) | Drive the morning bus route. Candidates must have a CDL or be willing to get one. They must also be good with kids and available from 6:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. on weekdays.
Volleyball Coach (Part-Time) | Coach our inaugural club Volleyball team in the fall.

All full-time teaching positions require a bachelor’s degree. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required for part-time positions. PCS values education degrees but does not require them. We will ultimately consider candidates whose educational background, professional experience, and abilities enable them to thrive in our unique Christ-centered, classical environment.
Any applicant must be able to provide PA state criminal and child abuse clearances, as well as federal criminal clearance documents. All employees must be able to sign our statement of faith and provide information about church membership and involvement.
